7. Health and Safety

We operate in compliance with all current UK health and safety laws. We ask clients and visitors to respect site safety rules during the course of any works.

8. Delays

Whilst we always aim to complete projects on time, certain factors beyond our control (such as adverse weather, material shortages, or delays caused by third parties) may result in schedule adjustments. We will communicate any anticipated delays as soon as possible.

9. Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel the contract after works have been agreed, cancellation fees may apply to cover any costs incurred to date.
  • Exeter Building Solutions reserves the right to cancel the contract under exceptional circumstances. Full details will be provided if this occurs.
